On August 24, 2009, the National Association of the 6th Infantry Division, Inc. received approval, effective October 16, 2008 as a corporation qualified as exempt from taxation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).
This means that our oranization is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the IRS Code.
Our primary purpose is now public education and preservation of our history.
Consider making a tax deductible donation to the National Association of the 6th Infantry Division, Inc. If you have made a donation on or after October 16, 2008, your donation is tax deductible.
